Scalp acne is a type of pimple known as acne necrotica miliaris and seems to flourish during times of high stress or when the scalp is oilier than normal. While this writer believes benzoyl peroxide to be an extremely effective treatment against facial acne, I wouldn’t recommend using this on your head that is unless of course, you’re bald.
